Nothing but problems since day one with my business install. At least once per month I have a technical issue and the rates are high on top of that. They have now decided to just ignore my emails instead of try to correct the problems. I have outdated hardware that has lots of issues and they want to save a buck and not replace. Safe system sent us a gentleman named David Josephson to install and update our equipment. David is one in a million professional. He has major traits and Expertise : Knowledge in security systems, computers, computer applications, and a ”teacher like” method in helping our family to understand the technology he installed. I managed technical people for 42 years. If I had technical people like David Josephson I would have been promoted to the President of my Company. As I said above, David is one in a million. You will be signing a 3 year contract which if not cancelled at least 30 days prior to the end of the first set of three years it will automatically renew for another 3 years and so on. My original sales person told me it was just a 3 year contract, but yes I did look at the contract and I did sign that it was an auto renewal so shame on me, but if I can save someone from signing this terrible contract then I hopefully I have helped. Jesus Cruz 00:09 27 Nov 19 Terrible customer service when there is an technical issue with any of the equipment through no fault of our own they have sent out there “technicians” who charge hundreds of dollars by the hour. They came in to change something with the phone line that took 2 1/2 hours of labor when the technician only took out a small box and replaced it with a new one. A job that took ADT 20 minutes to do and for free at that. They don’t tell you that they charge to send out the tech’s, we where surprised when we had a bill of over 500 dollars, and when I called back to communicate this with Caroline she said that it was stated in the contract that they charge 160 per hour of labor when it should of been a 20 minute job stay clear of them shady business tactics. Better go with someone else that won’t try to rip you off completely Joseph Domenico 14:03 21 Nov 19 David Josephson did a excellant job on wireing the new front church doors very professional instalation 5 stars again Katrina Sailers 22:10 07 Nov 19 Last year, I met Craig Harrell a sales rep from Safe Systems and he walked me through what it would take to start a plan to add security cameras to our church and to transfer our fire alarm monitoring. Working with him, I knew we were making the right decision. Because this was a new system and not in our budget, we planned to roll out the cameras in a couple of phases. This last week we completed the project adding both indoor and outdoor cameras. The CO weather last week threw the install schedule off but the install team led by Matt worked so well around it all. They were juggling several schedule changes with other customers and did a wonderful job of communicating with me their availability and making sure it fit with our schedule. Matt and his team worked well together and I watched him lead his team well with encouragement when things didn’t go as planned. Each one of them was very personable and went out of their way to make sure we were not be inconvenienced while they worked. I was very impressed with them and wanted to say “thank you” for the work you all do. We enjoy doing business with you and this experience exceeded our expectations. We've been trying to get our camera's fixed and upgraded for 6 months. Talked to two sales people. Could not get a call back from either. Then escalated and spoke to two different managers. One manager said he "was still trying to figure to what happened." Very frustrated with the response of Safe Systems after 6 months of trying to get our camera's working and upgraded and many phone calls. Even Safe System's managers were not concerned that they had an upset customer. Be aware that once they sign you up the customer service is poor. Still waiti...
